Opening night for "EXPANDED" is Friday, November 13. I am in the show with a small example of how I plan to approach text + image works. Come see it. Critique at will.
OTHER UNLV EXHIBITIONS: There are only a few days left for “Through Windows, Through Curtains, Call on Us: Contemporary Cuban Art” at The Beam. It closes November 14. From Kristen Peterson's review in Las Vegas Weekly:

LOW IMPACT PR: At Nevada State College, timed for the installation of art on the walls of two new campus buildings, the first alum show is on the books. It's called "Paint This Desert" and uses images from this blog's coverage of murals and street art in Las Vegas. Curated by Angela Brommel. Runs until Winter Break.
