ANTI-CULTURAL CORRIDOR: On President's Day, near the Cultural Corridor, a plastic snowman in an empty lot caught my eye. It got my attention because an idea I shared with colleagues, after the Maryland Parkway revitalization project public meeting, was how empty parcels are potential space for temporary work . . . Hostile The Snowman: I circled back to take a photo. When I pulled up, the festive hat showed me this snowman had some attitude. Still, you do have to like way the object converts an abandoned spot into negative space.
