This wheat-paste shows the subject walking on the back roads that lead into the Las Vegas Arts District carrying his supplies in a plastic bag. Maybe he's on his way to downtown, maybe on his way home.
Someone tried to take down the leaving denims shredded in the worse possible spot. There's no dignity for the downtrodden, even when portrayed in street art. The masked man with cap and feather is by "Smile," according to the blog Lost Vauge Us.
